Requirements: Access to the internet, some form of creating music notation (can be digital or on paper), the ability to read treble and bass clef
Contents:
10 weekly sessions which cover 20+ Jazz styles and how to recreate them authentically in your own writing
All sessions are recorded and provided to participants after the session, it is completely acceptable to take this course and be unavailable for the live sessions (in fact about half of every cohort tends to do this)
Dozens of application exercises to cement your knowledge
Weekly feedback from the instructor
Supplemental resources including readings for each session
Access to multiple digital masterclasses including how to use Sibelius, tips for big band conducting, and how to get clients and sell your arrangements
Access to a digital score library of 400+ PDFs
